Order Processing
Once your order has been successfully placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high order volume, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Before shipment, each order undergoes a quality inspection to ensure that every product meets our standards before it leaves our facility.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active, depending on the shipping carrier.
If you have not received your tracking information within a few days after your order has been processed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information

PETFLOW™ cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your information before your order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
